Charlie and the Chocolate Factory The Musical at the London Coliseum runs for approximately 2 hours 30 minutes, including one 20-minute interval.

We welcome children aged 7 and over. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that children under 5 (including babes in arms) are not permitted in the auditorium.

Yes, we have the following access performances scheduled:

• Captioned: Wednesday 23 June, 7pm
• Signed: Wednesday 14 July, 7pm
• Audio Described: Tuesday 7 September, 7pm

Food and drink purchased outside the theatre cannot be brought into the auditorium. There is a bar on each level of the theatre, offering a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks for you to enjoy during your visit. All bars open 75 minutes before the performance begins.

Please arrive as early as possible and no later than 15 minutes before the performance starts. The main doors and all bars open 75 minutes before the performance. Auditorium doors open 30 minutes beforehand.

There is no dress code for audience members visiting Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

To give you maximum flexibility, tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the show you have booked (subject to availability) up to 24 hours before the performance, so if someone in your party feels ill, there’s no need to worry.

Refunds are not available unless a performance is cancelled. If you are unable to attend due to illness or self-isolation, we can offer an exchange if performances are available.

Michael Ball plays Willy Wonka at the majority of performances of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory The Musical at the London Coliseum. However, he is not scheduled to perform at certain performances, including but not limited to:

• June: Wednesday 23 June at 19.00, Tuesday 29 June at 19.00
• July: Tuesday 6 July at 19.00, Tuesday 13 July at 19.00, Sunday 25 July at 15.00
• August: Sunday 1 August at 15.00, Sunday 8 August at 15.00, Sunday 15 August at 15.00, Tuesday 17 August at 19.00, Tuesday 24 August at 19.00, Tuesday 31 August at 19.00
• September: Monday 6 September at 19.00, Monday 13 September at 19.00

Yes. Anyone who joins the London Coliseum access list can buy 2 tickets at half price.

Wheelchair users can buy 2 tickets at £25 each in the stalls boxes, or £12.50 each in the rear dress circle.
